exhausting day...nothing to report. I slept a LOT. Well deserved sleep. Nice rain in the morning. Stop your rubber-necking...nothing to see here...move on. I'm gonna go back to bed (not feeling well - stress related stuff) Life embraces Ambivalency.

TGIF - and before a three day weekend (Labor Day). It's been raining like a mo fo from the Ernesto Hurricane - it's completely soaking rain and high winds and floods. Not a good day to bike. After a long and stressful day at work I headed to the gym to spend time on the spinner bike (almost 3 hours) while putting spinner routine lables on music for the class that I'll be taking over in a few weeks. Both psyched and nervous about it - sobeit, a new challenge. The other highlight of my day was getting 2 new pairs of shoes - on a severe sale. Both of these dogs are kickass. The Puma pair looks like a set of kevlar water shoes being licked by a surreal set of knobby mountain bike tires. The other pair is a set of Keen sandals - they are comfortable as all get out - and look so fucked up and odd, I had to get them. They look like carbon fiber - another plus, HA! Note: Ya have to click on the pics or links to see the 3D splendor of how cool they are. I'm looking forward to having a low key relaxing weekend, and hopefully the weather will clear so I can spend a little time cycling and hanging out with friends and my parents. Life is Good.

Seriously cool shoes, dude. I'm gonna have to score some similar ones soon. I really, really love those pumas! My daughter has a similar looking pair. Her's are Rocket Dogs.

Yea...a great day. Sorta. Was feeling not too well today. Stress related sickness. Went into the office mid morning. But was able to adopt to the already surmounting drama of the day. The day flew by lickty-split. Then it was a less than unfun forecast weatherwise to go cycling....so I headed to the gym. Biked for 2 hours as I took notes on some music to prepare for the inevitable of teaching the power spinner class every Wednesday (the instructor is leaving for another gym). Nervous, but looking forward to it. Life can be complicated, but fun.

Yes, another exhausting day. I sound like a broken record - on many accounts. Sobeit. Work, meetings, cycling.... The two diapposing & opposite "highlights" of the day were: 1) having to drop off my car at the VW dealershit to have them work on a VW proprietary repair (which I needed to have done in order to pass emissions, so that I can re-register my car) - cost me $490 to have the throttle body cleaned and re-adjusted. Fuckers. At least they washed my car for "free". 2) The pool was still open when I finally got home after the gym - so I could sit in the hot tub and read for an hour, helping my sore muscles. Life should be about trying to enjoy Autumn (my favorate season).
