Work was stressfull. Spent almost 3 hours on the spinner bike after work (1.5 hours with spinner class). Oh so relaxing in a quad searing sweaty kinda way - weather was not cooperative. Haiku for tonight:

It must be summer
Having the time of my life
love is in the air

Life is Good!

Even though work totally sucked - I had a great late afternoon training session out to Peonean Springs and back, totalling in 32 miles - followed by an hour at the gym for an uber sweaty spinner ride. Had tons of fun destressing. Came home after a few errands, and began a few chores of laundry and cleaning/lubing my bike for the weekend (View Trail 100 Century up in Berlin, MD). Trying to keep on top of things with my schedule. Had some great conversations and emails back n fourth with a special friend. Smiles.

Life is Good!
