It's 2:35am on Saturday morning - no drama, just a long ass day. (post blogged this - have not had any opportunity to post)

Besides a really silly day dealing with last minute work drama - we all were concentrating on the 3 day weekend...so my idiocy led to the fact that I had a really fun day pilthering thru exponential growth in the new-apartment department.....

Move date - July 11th - all utilities configured and committed to turn on (oh the ironic nature of how relationships are convoluted in this way). My very "terse" conversation(s) with Adelphia to configure my high speed internet went unnoticed and later duely noted as a classic rant..with re-quotable idioms went unnoticed amongst my colleagues. My idiocy provides much entertainment.

Much ado about nuffin...it was a Hot as hell day - it was still 89 degrees at 9pm when I was driving home (after cycling in it [testing the commute to and from my new place and work n back] - 44 miles out to Purcellville n back.

I did a 12 mile diversion cycling run along the Potomac river (near my new apartment) and then back. I felt about 12 lbs lighter when I was done.

I love the fact that I'll be close to the river..and in a safe community - moreover..in Lansdown..a really wide new area....fantastic hilly manicured area licking the lips of the Potomac River. I'm glad I have a fishing licence for the year.

Ironic that I dislike golfing...I LOVE golfing for the reasong that it has nice manicured greens and the sounds of birds.

Learned that i am a quick 25 minute bike ride to my office.

Back to more planning...I'm moving on the 11th.
