Such a wonderful HOT day. Slept in real late and then went on a really sweaty 52 mile training ride to Harpers Ferry and back. Spent a little time at the pool then finished up with errands before I had to finish preparations for having my parents over for a dinner feast. I ended up making a Sun Dried Tomato Rissotto with Andouli Sausage with Mussels in Chardonnay Butter Broth, a mixed spring green salad with a walnut vinegrette dressing - for dessert, a (store bought) Mocha Chocolate cake (All pictured:
