Rain Rain, go away, come back some other day! I mean sheesh. It has rained NONSTOP overnight and throughout the day - causing major flooding and mayhem. Spent the day holed up at the office getting work done, and then headed to the gym for a leisurely "stretch" spinner ride before my spinner class. The class was packed - with a few more cyclists that were needing an exile for a training workout while it rained. Total sweatfest.

Finished up and came home after a few errands, honched on some store bought sushi while catching up on correspondence and silly domesticity.
