What a rainy yet wonderful Spring day. I slept in this morning after a late night, and just slummed around the house getting prepared for the dinner party I was hosting for my parents.

And it was a wonderful dinner party with my parents (pictured below) - I made Roasted Leg of Lamb, Cauliflower in a garlic infused macadamia nut oil, and Sesame Green Beans. We had a wonderful time catching up and telling stories over wine, beer, dinner, coffee and dessert (Mom brought brownies). We finished up and they had to head out in the rain to drive home - and I cleaned up and put things away, now ready to embark on an evening of relaxation - a movie and sorts. Relaxing Saturday - no training ride today, I overtrained this week, I needed a day off.

Life is Good
