For a Friday - it was stressfull and pleasant. Weather was almost perfect outside the windows of the corporeal complex known as corporate idiotland - albeit productive.

I was aching to get out of there and go on a traing ride and then do a spinner class.

That's what I did - in all the splendor of the Spring over-pollinated panorama of Loudoun County, came home and did an hour spinner class. Wore my ass out.

Ran a few errands on the way home including washing my car - bad thing happenned when the person cleaning the interior windows of my car while wearing bling bling rings and caused a flap/rip of about 2" of the UV film to come off. Suffice to say - the manager advised me to get it replaced at their expense. Just another thing to do, even though my car is now clean...arrrg. One step forward...5 steps back.

Came home and watched some tv while cooking and paying bills - the highlight was finalizing my cycling event calendar for the season (see below).

I look forward to a stress free relaxing weekend - get in my way, and I'll take your punk - ass - out...ha! Just cooking, cycling, movies, domesticity. Time to sit out on my deck and have a beer or 2.

Life is a ripped UV film on glass...bugging the shit outta me.

Cycling Itinerary/Agenda for the 2006 Season:
