Achoo, yawn, cough, achoo, yawn, cough..... Yes, feeling a little under the weather. Seems that I caught what one of my colleagues has had for the past two weeks. We've been working close and travelling in cars on the way to offsite meetings. Bleah. No time allowed for sick days, so people just come to work sick and make everyone else sick...just a viscious cycle.

Was a miserable day of feeling like crap, and the day dragged on. I was actually glad when work finished up. Probably not a good idea, but I went on a short 22 mile training ride out there in the frigid elements. Was good to clear the chowder out of my lungs.

Came home and launched into domestic tasks so I could have a comfortable evening of more yawning, coughing, and sneezing. Had some soup and crashed on my couch watching shitty tv. Napped for a bit.

I abhor being sick.
