A very pretty and sleepy Fall Day. The temperature dropped and made for almost "leather weather" of time to break out the Fall gear, and winter cycling regalia. I resigned myself to a day of complicity and just soldiered on at work.

Went on a short 25 mile training ride out past Leesburg, then went to the gym to do a little mountain spinner exersizes. It gets dark early now, yea - time to break out the lights (soon after daylight savings time, I'll only be able to bike in the dark during the workweek). Such is life. But...

Life is Good :)
