Thank goodness it is Friday - the hellish week is now finally over. Work was a wild drama-fest with multiple deliverables. Made for a stressful day. But we were able to finish up. I met with a friend after work and we biked from STerling to Leesburg - then it started to rain. Arrg. But my friend was a true soldier - we finished up all wet. Oh well.

The evening was all preparation for Sunday's Southern Maryland Century - completely took apart my bike and cleaned, degreased and relubed, and re-assembled (have to after biking in the rain). I took the time to put new handlebar tape on - black and blue (ha!). Watched a few movies and went to bed late.

Life is Bike-a-licious.
