Fantastico day. Muy bueno. Woke up late - to welcome in the wonderful weather, biked out towards Harpers Ferry - a mere "stretch" of 32 miles total. Beautiful weather! Came home and took a quick nap. Woke up in the early afternoon and took a long walk - I'm still sore from the Century I did yesterday. I need to pace myself.

Came home to spend some quality time at the pool and then decided to make some jambalia - andouli sausage, shrimp, mushrooms, spicy tomato sauce over brown rice - oh soooo tasty. Will have enough to eat all week.

Sunday night anxiety settles in...gonna be another shitty week at work I can predict.
