I am freekin wiped out.

Accidentally got up too early, faulty alarm clock teemed with the power outage I had last night with the heavy thunderstorms which woke my fat ass out of bed at 3am. I decided at 6am to just stay awake - no biggie.

Work was a wild whirlwind of activity and drama - but it moved soo quick that 5:30 just slipped up faster than a greased monkey stuffed into a cardboard toilet paper roll.

The temperature was not as bad as yesterday - was only hovering around 90 degrees - with a gentle breeze. I joined up with my training team and high tailed it from Reston out to Purcellville did a hilly loop and came back - even 46 miles. I had to refill my water bottles before I rode back to my car - I was parched.
